By accessing or using Orbit Cleaning's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orbit Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning.
Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
Payment is authorized at the time of booking and captured upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property. Our cleaning professionals must have access to running water and electricity to perform services.
Orbit Cleaning carries liability insurance for damages caused by our cleaning professionals during service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
