By accessing or using Orbit Cleaning's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orbit Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning.
Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional text messages from OrbitCleaning related to your service bookings. These messages may include:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and service schedule.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. OrbitCleaning is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider to ensure reliable delivery, but cannot guarantee message delivery due to factors outside our control.
Payment is authorized at the time of booking and captured upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property. Our cleaning professionals must have access to running water and electricity to perform services.
Orbit Cleaning carries liability insurance for damages caused by our cleaning professionals during service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
